Mohsen Seddigh joins our Litigation team

Sotos LLP is pleased to announce Mohsen Seddigh has joined our firm. Mohsen is an associate in our litigation department and will be focusing on class actions.

Before joining Sotos LLP, Mohsen completed his articles at the Ministry of the Attorney General, Crown Law Office – Civil, where he obtained experience in trial and appellate litigation. His work involved complex jurisdictional, constitutional, administrative, statutory, and regulatory litigation. Mohsen obtained his law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School. He also holds an LL.M. degree, and spent two years in doctoral studies at the University of British Columbia Faculty of Law focusing on justice issues.

Mohsen has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice and the Federal Court of Canada, as well as various administrative tribunals such as the Immigration and Refugee Board and the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario.
