David Sterns on Lang and O’Leary Exchange

Sotos partner David Sterns appeared on the Lang and O’Leary Exchange on CBC television to discuss the recent Supreme Court of Canada decision Hryniak v. Mauldin and access to justice. In the interview which aired January 24, 2014, Sterns discusses with host Amanda Lang the implications of the ruling for summary judgment and whether it will make litigation more affordable for businesses.
