Bailee Kleinhandler

Bailee is an associate in the corporate and commercial group and is building a diverse practice in corporate and franchise law. She provides general corporate and business law advice to a wide range of clients and supports them in negotiating, drafting, and reviewing agreements. Bailee is dedicated to providing thoughtful and thorough legal support to clients.

Prior to joining Sotos LLP, Bailee articled at a full service firm in downtown Toronto. She assisted in negotiating and drafting complex legal agreements and documents including corporate constitution and bylaws, shareholder agreements, director resolutions, and share purchase agreements.

During law school, Bailee was a student caseworker at the Queen’s Legal Aid Clinic. There, she collaborated directly with supervising lawyers to provide legal services to low-income residents facing evictions and substandard living conditions, enhancing access to justice.
