John Yiokaris at OBA 3rd Annual Business Law Summit

John Yiokaris presented at the Ontario Bar Association’s 3rd Annual Business Law Summit on May 15. The theme of John’s seminar was “Key Issues When Representing a Small Franchisee.” His presentation touched on the practical and legal aspects of representing small business owners entering into and surviving in franchises. He also presented a paper entitled “Don’t Become a Statistic: Accidental Franchises and Other Franchise Accidents.”
