Sotos lawyer co-authors report on pre-trial mediation
David Sterns’ work on an Ontario Bar Association study on enhancing the pre-trial mediation process is highlighted in a July 22 Law Times article. Sterns tells the newspaper “most people approach pre-trial conferences not knowing what to expect and not being sufficiently prepared.”
