Our commercial group lawyers count on Shelley’s expertise in many aspects of business incorporation and organization, including name registrations, due diligence reviews, amendments, dissolutions, amalgamations, re-organizations, extra-provincial registrations and regulatory compliance. Shelley helps ensure all corporate records are maintained in proper form and are filed with the appropriate governmental agencies. She graduated with high honours from the Law Clerk Program at Seneca College and is a member of the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario.
